Can't sign in or reset my password

Label scan is not detecting my medication

For best results, use bright, even lighting, hold the phone 6–10 inches from the label, make sure the label is flat and in focus, avoid shadows, and try the gallery option if you already have a clear photo. If scanning fails, add the medication manually.

My interaction check failed or shows an error

Check your internet connection and try again. Interaction checks require an active internet connection. If the error persists, force-close and reopen the app, then contact support if the issue continues.

Is PDF export available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PDF export of your interaction history is part of the Premium toolset in the app, which is useful for sharing your list with a doctor or pharmacist.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and medication data. You can also use the Account Deletion page for full details.
